Branded Filters may revise and update these Terms of Use at any time by updating this page in our sole discretion and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting , and apply to all access to and use of the Websites thereafter. Additionally, your use of these Websites is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By accessing our websites and/or providing information to us, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Branded Filters prices, in Australian dollars (AU$) and exclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change with or without prior notice. In the event that the price displayed on our websites is outdated or errors on any invoice, it shall not be binding on the company which shall be at liberty to correct the same by an additional or revised invoice or statement.

We reserve the right to edit or re-quote any portion of a previously submitted quotation for any reason at any time. All quotations and/or confirmation of sales must be checked and inaccuracies be reported immediately within 24 hours.

Delivery dates and lead times are approximate only and subject to change. In case ordered items or equivalent items have stopped production and there is no replacement, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Branded Filters shall not be responsible for goods that are either damaged or lost in transit. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with the freight company directly.

Neither Branded Filters nor you shall be responsible for damages or for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts or occurrences beyond its or your reasonable control, including, without limitation: fire, explosion, civil commotion or acts of civil or military authorities or public enemies; any law, order, regulation, ordinance or requirement of any government or legal body or any representative of any such government or legal body; or labor unrest, including, without limitation, strikes, slowdowns, picketing or boycotts; inability to secure raw materials, transportation facilities, fuel or energy shortages, or acts or omissions of other common carriers. We are not liable or responsible for any loss or late penalty charge or any additional expenses incurred attributed by the delays which are beyond our control.

Branded Filters is authorized to invoice the customers the price of goods and/or services before, on, or after delivery unless otherwise stipulated in writing. Customers shall pay the agreed price within the time specified in the contract and no debit memo shall be allowed. Receipt of a cheque, bill of exchange, or other negotiable instrument shall not constitute payment until such negotiable instrument is paid in full. Any grant of credit is at the sole discretion of Branded Filters.

Stock can be returned for credit subject to inspection and approval before a credit is given and may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Freight is at customer's expense. Goods returned must be in clean, unused condition and original packaging. This especially applies to oil or grease on the packaging and filters. No credit for goods returned after 90 days from date of invoice. Special ordered items; non-stock items and discontinued items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
